Cybersecurity startups Queryella and Sanctuary, which emerged from the research groups of two CROSSING Principal Investigators, have successfully qualified for the SpeedUpSecure Accelerator Programme of the StartUpSecure ATHENE incubator. Joining a select group of eleven innovative ventures, they will benefit from an intensive five-month training programme, gaining access to an esteemed network of industry experts and mentors.

Start-up incubator StartUpSecure ATHENE has announced the selection of eleven cybersecurity startups for its next cohort of the . Designed to foster innovation in the cybersecurity sector, the program offers an intensive five-month training programme to equip startups with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry. Among the selected startups are Queryella and Sanctuary, both spin-offs from research groups affiliated with the Collaborative Research Centre CROSSING. SpeedUpSecure Accelerator Program emerged from the Software Technology research group of Queryella. The startup enables in-depth checks of mobile apps for security vulnerabilities and data protection violations and helps to protect users and companies. Professor Mira Mezini develops next-generation security architectures to secure distributed embedded systems. It was founded in the System Security Lab of Sanctuary Professor Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi.
